Lizzie lead a series of high-energy fitness circuits, putting students through their paces with a mix of strength, agility, and endurance challenges. Her enthusiasm and encouragement created a fantastic atmosphere, motivating everyone to push themselves and discover what they’re capable of.

This was followed by a powerful motivational assembly, where Lizzie shared her journey through sport - from early challenges and setbacks to the determination and resilience that led her to competing at the highest levels. Students were captivated by her story and took away key messages about perseverance, self-belief, and setting ambitious goals.

At lunchtime, Lizzie joined our Year 8 students for a range of fun and engaging activities. From informal sports challenges to opportunities for students to ask questions, the session gave them a chance to connect with a real role model and gain further insight into life as a professional athlete.

The visit left a lasting impression on our school community, inspiring students to stay active, aim high, and embrace every opportunity to grow.
