Finance Manager 

Salary: £37,938 - £40,476  per annum (Grade 8 Points 23-26)
Contract type: Permanent and full-time
Responsible to: Senior Deputy Headteacher

We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Manager to take the lead in managing the financial operations of Fullhurst Community College. The Finance Manager will support strategic decision-making through accurate financial analysis and will ensure the college achieves value for money in all financial matters.

Behaviour Mentor

Salary: Grade 5 (Points 11-14) - actual starting salary £23,915
Contract type: Permanent 39 weeks per year 
Responsible to: Member of SLT 
Deadline: August 11th 2025, 9am

We have an opportunity at the school for a Behaviour Mentor to work with students who have been identified as needing support in managing their behaviour and to work with students overcoming barriers to learning inside and outside of school in relation to their behaviour.

Academic Mentor

Salary:  Grade 5 (Points 11-14) - actual starting salary £23,915
Contract type: Permanent 39 weeks per year 
Responsible to: Member of SLT 
Deadline: August 11th 2025, 9am

We have an opportunity at the school for an Academic Mentor to work with students who have been identified as needing support in achieving their academic potential. 

Examination Invigilators

Salary: Hourly rate £12.85 (plus holiday pay)
Contract type: Temporary and casual basis
Hours: As required (The post-holder must be available for work during the college examination periods and on the days requested by the Examination Coordinator)
Responsible to: Senior Deputy Headteacher / Exams & Data Manager / Exams Coordinator

We are looking for Exam Invigilators on a temporary and casual basis, the role will be responsible for preparing and conducting examinations in accordance with JCQ and examination board regulations. Full training for the role will be provided.
