Exam Invigilators

Salary: Hourly rate £9.16
Contract type: Temporary and Casual
Hours: As required (The post-holder must be available to work during the college examination periods and on the days requested by the Examination Officer.)

Due to the expansion of Fullhurst, something which reflects both the success and popularity of the college, we are looking to add to our bank of Examination Invigilators (hourly rate £9.16 p/h casual), who will be employed on a casual basis to assist the Examinations Officer.

Do you enjoy working as part of a team, and have good awareness of, and ability to, exercise confidentiality when necessary? Are you available for work during college examination periods throughout the year? The main summer exam season runs from May to the end of June and we have internal tests and mocks held during November, January, March, April and May.

Exams are the most important and stressful events in the life of a learner. That’s why it is so important they are managed in the correct way. Invigilators are crucial to this process; ensuring exams are conducted in accordance with Exam Board and School Regulations. Working as a team, invigilators contribute to ensuring a calm environment for the exams, giving candidate’s confidence in the process. The role includes distributing and collecting exam papers, monitoring the exam hall to ensure that no unfair means are used by any student in relation to the exam and any other exam-related duties.   

Previous experience is not necessary as training will be provided and you will become part of a friendly and supportive team.

Assistant Site Manager

Salary: Grade 6 Points 15-18 (commencing at £24,799 pa)
Contract type: Permanent, Full Time​​​​​​​
Hours: 37 hours per week. Shift pattern: 6am – 2pm / 2pm – 10pm (plus weekend working) as agreed by
the Line Manager.

Responsible to: Site Manager

Due to our expansion we are seeking an Assistant Site Manager to undertake strategic and operational management responsibility for the maintenance, security, health & safety and general administration of the School sites, their grounds, buildings, facilities and equipment ensuring they operate efficiently and effectively.
